Students planning to interview with on-campus recruiters will submit résumés through eAttorney by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the résumé deadlines denoted. Generally, we will have one resume deadline per week. If a deadline is missed, the student is ineligible to interview with that employer. These résumés are submitted to the employer at least two weeks before the scheduled on-campus interview. After reviewing résumés, employers will designate those students with whom interviews are to be scheduled. This usually means that not every student who signed up for an interview is on the final interview schedule. Make sure that you keep track of the employers to whom you submit resumes and the date of the interview. It is your responsibility to check your email to determine if you have an interview, and to sign up for your interview time (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!). The interview selections usually arrive two (2) days prior to the interview. (Check your calendar in the Employer Contact Section to see when interview dates are and then be sure to check your Mercer email account regularly). For RESUME FORWARDING employers, students will generally be contacted directly by the employer.
