Ethics and Professionalism in Federal Litigation Project

The Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism, in cooperation with the Judicial Conference of the 11th Circuit, has created a DVD and discussion guide related to ethics and professionalism in federal litigation. Copies may be obtained, free of charge, by contacting Professor Patrick Longan at (478) 301-2639 or longan_p@mercer.edu.

One of the scenes involves issues relating to electronic discovery. In this scene, a senior partner (who does not have a firm grasp on technologicalissues) discusses with his more technically savvy junior associate how to respond to a document request from the adverse party.
