Classroom Technology and Media Services

Technology staff assist with the delivery, setup, removal, maintenance, and training in the use of audio visual and classroom computing equipment in the law school. To request equipment, please fill out the online equipment request form.

Requests for equipment delivery and setup should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests for operators should be made at least one week in advance. Requesters are responsible for room reservations and furniture arrangement. Classroom reservations are handled by the Dean's Office, phone 301-2606.

Generally, requesters are asked to provide their own video camera operators, especially for evening or weekend events. Technology staff will instruct the designated students in the use of the equipment. Faculty requesting media services during regularly scheduled classes are encouraged to recruit student assistants from within the class. Students requesting equipment for student activities should provide a student to operate the equipment.
