The Career Services Office is pleased to introduce
Martindale-Hubbell's eAttorney OCI+, a web-based interface that
will greatly enhance the resources available through the Career
Services Office: www.eattorney.com.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL NEW JOB POSTINGS WILL BE POSTED
ON WWW. EATTORNEY.COM.
If you have not used eAttorney before,
you need to create a profile and a Member ID and Password. After
creating a profile, you will need to obtain Mercer's Job Bank
Password from the Career Services Office.
Getting Started:
- Go to www.eattorney.com
- Click on Attorneys tab at the
top of the page.
- Click on Sign Up. This is a
FREE service to alumni, courtesy of the Career Services Office.
- Select Click Here if you're an
Attorney.
- Fill out the Lateral Account Registration
as completely as possible. This is where you create your Member
ID and Password and fill out your Profile.
- NOTE: Make sure your telephone number
and e-mail address are always kept current on eAttorney.
This is our primary method of communicating with you.
- After you have successfully registered
click on the link Enter eAttorney.
- To access Mercer's Alumni Job Postings,
click on Job Bank.
- If you have already created your profile,
Click on Find A Job near the top of the page.
- Click on Alumni Job Search
on the left. (DO NOT select National Job Search).
- Click on the Continue button
to move past the fee based job search offer.
- The first time you log on at a computer,
you will be asked for the Alumni Job Search Password.
- Call the Career Services Office at (478)
301-2615 or email Terry McDuffie at mcduffie_tm@mercer.edu
to obtain the Alumni Job Search Password.
- You must provide your name and graduation
year for verification.
- IMPORTANT: There are TWO passwords
involved in using eAttorney: one is your personal password,
which gets you into your eAttorney account, and the other is
Mercer's alumni password, which gets you access to our job postings.
You select your personal password and get our schools
alumni password from us. Member ID, personal password, and school
alumni password are all case-sensitive.
- Alumni members may also access the
National eAttorney Job Bank simply by activating the eAttorney
National Job Search function in the vertical banner (it
should be activated already; if not, click on that choice to
obtain the appropriate national job search screen.)
- Mercer currently shares Alumni jobs
with several other law schools. To see jobs listed with another
school, click on the Job Details link (upper-middle of page),
select the school name, scroll to the bottom and click View
Employers.
