Biography:
Rob Verchick is Marvin Rich Scholar and Associate Professor of Law at the
University of Missouri, Kansas City. He received his A.B. degree
from Stanford University in 1986 and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School
in 1989. He teaches Property, Environmental Law, International Environmental
Law, and Environmental Justice. Professor Verchick's scholarship
mainly concerns environmental law, environmental justice, and legal theory.For
