The Student Bar Association is a student-elected organization dedicated to:

• Promote and further the concerns of the student body,
• Facilitate communication & cooperation between the student body, student organizations, faculty, staff, administration & alumni of the law school & Mercer University.
• Formulate policies & by-laws for the governance of the SBA & adminstration of the SBAs Constitution,
• Formulate a budget for the SBA & to appropriate such funds,
• Encourage student involvement in all facets of University life & student organizations,
• Act as the voice for the student body of Mercer University Law School
